A cake is only as good as the conversation that settled the design. For a dessert table, say whether the venue has a timetable.
Rock n' Roulade works from Victoria Road South in Southsea, making celebration cakes, patisserie and dessert tables to order. Designs are sketched and costed before baking begins, allergens are listed in writing with the order, and collection times are fixed in advance so nothing sits waiting in a box. Larger orders are planned by guest numbers, and a tasting is arranged where the order justifies it. For a dessert table, say whether the venue has a timetable.
We would rather say no at the start than apologise at the end. Give the date and the number of guests and the first reply is quicker.
